Your Gold Membership with GrandCentralApartments.com provides you with all of the following: |

Immediate e-mail alerts as soon as 60 minutes after registration.
Our Tenant's Handbook; everything you need to know about renting.
Our landlord package; all the forms you'll need.
Private rent advisor that will assist you with negotiating rent, if possible, applying for a place and any other issues that will arise on your search. Your advisor is available 7 days-a-week.
A credit report upon request.

| Your Gold Membership with GrandCentralApartments.com entitles you to sixty (60) days of service from the date of registration. |
GrandCentralApartments.com is owned and operated by ILG Housing Solutions, Inc. a Massachusetts Corporation. It is our goal and purpose to assist you with locating an apartment that meets your individual needs. The apartment scene is a fluid situation. We cannot be responsible for apartments that become rented prior to your contacting the landlord and other changes from the information that is listed. Also, we cannot be responsible for landlords that determine that you may not be a qualified tenant. GrandCentralApartments.com is not acting as a broker on your behalf.

| GrandCentralApartments.com does not and cannot endorse any person, roommate, or landlord who lists with us. It is your responsibility to determine the character and acceptability of any prospective landlord, roommate or apartment. We only provide you with the information that was provided to us. We cannot and do not make any representations as to an individual's character, credit worthiness, or rental history. GrandCentralApartments.com is also not responsible for errors or omissions that may occur in a listing and makes no claim as to the quantity or quality of any listings it may provide. |

RESTRICTIONS ON USE OF MATERIALS

| The information we provide is for your exclusive use only. You agree that you are not a real estate broker or sales person engaged in the rental of residential properties. Unauthorized use or distribution of the information we provide will result in immediate termination of your membership with no refund and may lead to other legal actions. |

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

| GrandCentralApartments.com shall not be liable under any circumstance, including, but not limited to, any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the information we provide. We cannot be responsible for fees that others, you contact, charge you. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall GrandCentralApartments.com total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you for the services we provide. By consenting to this contract, you consent that any legal action taken against GrandCentralApartments.com will take place in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. |
| TERMINATION |
| GrandCentralApartments.com reserves the right to terminate this contract and your membership without notice if you fail to comply with any term or provision contained in the contract. Should your contract or membership be terminated for your failing to conform to the provisions of this contract, you must destroy all materials obtained from GrandCentralApartments.com. |
| GENERAL TERMS |
| GrandCentralApartments.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to: a) refuse to list any person, individual, landlord or applicant; b) to edit content of any listing; c) delete or edit any inconsistencies, untruths or offensive material listed. Any member, person, individual, or landlord who lists untruths or offensive material will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid. |
| The information we provide is to assist you personally in locating an apartment. Any unauthorized use of the information we provide is prohibited and will lead to the immediate termination of this contract and your membership. This contract can not be verbally altered. |
| GUARANTEE |
| At GrandCentralApartments.com we are here for you to ensure you find an apartment. Please contact GrandCentralApartments.com Customer Service promptly in the event you experience any difficulties with our service. GrandCentralApartments.com guarantees to find you an apartment in your specified criteria during the term of your search (from the day you sign up with GrandCentralApartments.com to the day you specified as your moving date when you signed up). If GrandCentralApartments.com fails to locate you an apartment during this time period, you have the right to request a refund of your service charge up to sixty days beyond your specified moving date. From your service charge we will deduct a $30 credit processing fee. To receive your refund please sends us a letter, certified return receipt requested, briefly detailing your apartment search. Please enclose a copy of your lease agreement and a copy of your new utility bill. Please allow six to eight weeks to process your refund. Refund requests can only be made after GrandCentralApartments.com has attempted to assist you for the full term of your search and failed to locate housing within your specified criterion. We reserve the right to determine whether we have failed. Finding an apartment through a real estate agency not related to GrandCentralApartments.com is not a condition for a refund. Finding an apartment in a different criterion than what was specified to GrandCentralApartments.com at the time of registration is not a condition for a refund. The apartment that you move in to must not be on our database in order to receive a refund. By submitting this form you agree that you are moving. Your decision not to move is not a condition for a refund; however, in compensation, your account will be reactivated the next time you move. Failure to communicate difficulties with your service during your search period may interfere with and/or delay your refund. |
